One job, done completely
We would rather solve one problem to the end than half-solve six. Each product states plainly what it does not do, so you can rule it out in a minute rather than after a month of trialling it.
Works on the phones people own
Every job can be done in a mobile browser — no install, no minimum device spec. Where a native app genuinely earns its place, like scanning barcodes on a warehouse floor, it is an extra, never the only way in.
Careful with personal data
We collect the minimum a product needs, say exactly how long we keep it, and enforce it in the system rather than in a policy page. Survey responses are anonymous by default, attendance selfies delete themselves, and one business’s stock records are separated from another’s in the database itself.
Limits that never lock you out
Prices and limits are on the page, not behind a demo. Go over a limit and your existing data stays fully accessible and exportable — you are throttled from adding more, never shut out of what you already did.
