Software that answers one question properly.
Proterate builds focused tools for small and growing businesses. Each one does a single job completely — no sprawling suite, no modules you pay for and never open.
Products
Two products. Two very different questions.
Proterate Surveys
What do our customers actually think?
Build a survey in minutes, share it by link, QR code, or embed, and turn the answers into trends you can act on. NPS, CSAT, and ratings included.
- Link, QR code, or website embed
- Real-time analytics and recurring themes
- Free plan — 5 surveys, no credit card
Proterate Team
Who is on site, and when did they arrive?
Staff clock in with a selfie and GPS. Out-of-zone check-ins go to a manager rather than a wall, and every selfie auto-deletes on a fixed schedule.
- Selfie + GPS check-in from any phone browser
- Warns and routes for approval — never blocks
- Free plan — 20 employees, no credit card
How we build
Narrow on purpose.
The same few commitments run through every product we ship.
One job, done completely
We would rather solve one problem to the end than half-solve six. Each product states plainly what it does not do, so you can rule it out in a minute rather than after a month of trialling it.
Works on the phones people own
Everything runs in a mobile browser. No app store, no install, no minimum device spec — because your staff and your customers are on whatever phone they already have.
Careful with personal data
We collect the minimum a product needs, say exactly how long we keep it, and enforce deletion in the system rather than in a policy page. Survey responses are anonymous by default; attendance selfies delete themselves.
A free plan that is actually usable
Every product has a free tier with real limits, not a countdown. Go over one and your existing data stays accessible — you are never locked out of work you already did.
Not sure which one you need?
If you are trying to understand your customers, start with Surveys. If you are trying to track who is on site, start with Team. If it is both, tell us what you are dealing with and we will point you at the right one — including at neither, if that is the honest answer.
